Look ahead as we present to you our most inspiring ACTA Certified Entrepreneurship trainer, who is also a business mentor to many, Shawn D'Cotta! He will be sharing some useful insights for you to kickstart and GROW your business into a MULTI-MILLION valuation!
Entering the realm of entrepreneurship during his adolescent days, Shawn developed his own brand of luxury beauty products, expanding regionally to Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia. Inspired to diversify his portfolio with the proliferation of technology, he then founded 3 tech-based solutions companies and a digital marketing agency. He is an organizational strategist in goal management, execution and deliverables. He dedicates the team into achieving measurable and realistic goals set-forth in his companies. He attributes this to his humble beginnings where he underwent personal development trainings.
At the young age of 23, his remarkable ability earned him the appointment as the The Company’s Chairman of an active sales division of 500. Shawn also led a team of Senior Directors in company meetings, training modules, and worked alongside the MD and the business development team in the company’s strategic action plans.
His passion to inspire and train others led him to obtain the Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) under the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and subsequently he co-founded Royal Academy Pte Ltd.
